Aim: Market testing and traction
This was a privately initiated project to develop a niche software aimed at managing private art collections, tracking exhibition tours, and handling acquisition negotiations. Attempting to bridge the gap between overly complex museum content management systems that are too large for personal use and general content management systems that demand excessive amount of additional components. The client provided a comprehensive outline of the issues and a feature list gathered through both formal and informal meetings. These elements needed to be transformed into a tangible product, an MVP that is sufficiently functional to be tested for compatibility and demonstrate business potential.

Work done:
To help structure the platform and frame the offer, I conducted competitor analysis focused on functions, pricing, and lead features. Leading to the establishment of product positioning and the definition of the priority taskflow, integrating a conversion path for the MVP stage. Opted for a calm, medium-range brand positioning that was implemented on the product and its communication assets to effectively engage early customers. Direct and consistent alignment with stakeholders accelerated the concept iterations, leading to a functional model.
