This project aimed to transition from the beta to live version of a financial KPI measurement platform designed to automate startup KPIs and manage investor reporting. It offered a smart financial dashboard, an investment and runway tracker, and a dynamic newsletter builder for investor updates. The digital infrastructure and core functions were in place with a few test users providing feedback, and the stable funding allowed to convert early traction and momentum into revenue to carve out an own space within the space.

Work done:
Being a complex financial platform, modeling the data communication was at the center of my work, including both hierarchy of data and translation of data into business information. Complexity reduction was also a fundamental need for quick adoption and later engagement, achieved through clear value hierarchy, gradual disclosure of tasks, and contextual guidance. The main workflow was designed to lead customers through the platform’s core offerings and was tested through on-site moderated sessions. Opted for an emotion-driven brand positioning that aligned with the target demographic.
