Aim: External launch

This smart contract developer tool was built to provide a highly effective resource that raises productivity through built-in contract development workflows and improves smart contract skills with contextual instructions and bite size documentation. Originally built for internal use, the functions were outlined and tested by in-house blockchain development teams. As interest in the product grew from discussions on Discord and Reddit, a broader release was decided which required restructuring the workflows for external users. It also required establishing a clear identity for the product and transforming the scattered tasks into streamlined workflows.

Work done:

I received a working prototype to review the features utilized internally and had the responsibility to conduct external research on relevant engineering environments. The efforts aimed at extracting the mental model around functional tools within the community and creating a learning flow that incorporated situational cues, contextual guidance, and rewards, all while carefully balancing internal and external motivators. Regular reviews and iterative testing done with the available engineering network provided a highly engaged and competent audience to work with. The first successful launch involved the friends and family round, which helped refine the product and strategize for the open market launch.
