Aim: Investor pitching
This service marketplace was initiated by an early stage European company with a concept of creating a trade platform that connects the three German-speaking markets, leveraging the established professional commute between these areas. While the core offerings of the platform were outlined, substantial funding was needed for execution. Which made it essential to have a product identity and demo-ready MVP, which was my core responsibility. They needed to be designed to put the business forward with well-defined concepts to demonstrate the task-, conversion-, and collaboration flows for the upcoming investment round.

Work done:
To structure the project, I began by breaking down the extensive scope into manageable fragments and defined the first set of features for the demo. This meant focusing on features that showed the most value because they addressed market needs that competitors were underserving. Additionally, the work involved positioning the platform in alignment with a younger demographic, primarily consisting of first nesters, by chosing appropriate brand identity based on market research. The interface communication was strategized around the expectation and familiarity of the target audience. Promotional materials showcasing trade collaboration campaign were developed to illustrate the go-to-market strategy for potential investors.
