Aim: Investor pitching

This service marketplace was initiated by an early stage European company with a concept of creating a trade platform that connects the three German-speaking markets, leveraging the established professional commute between these areas. While the core offerings of the platform were outlined, substantial funding was needed for execution. Which made it essential to have a demo-ready MVP and put the business forward with well-defined concepts to demonstrate the task-, conversion-, and collaboration flows for the upcoming investment round.

Work done:

To structure the project, I began by breaking down the extensive scope into manageable fragments and defining the first set of features to expand on in the demo. This included prioritizing functionalities that demonstrated the highest value due to their market need meeting poor execution of the competitors. Additionally, the work involved positioning the platform in alignment with a younger, financially stable demographic, primarily consisting of first nesters. The interface communication was strategized around the expectation and familiarity of this target audience. Promotional materials showcasing the planned trade collaboration campaign were developed to illustrate the go-to-market strategy for potential investors.
