Aim: Repositioning & web experience

This web project focused on repositioning a small independent design agency within the art sector, requiring a comprehensive realignment of their online presence, as well as their digital and print communications. By narrowing their target audience to applied artists and raising their positioning to premium services, the business goals required an upgrade of most touchpoints in their digital presence and marketing campaigns. Considerations expanded to the pricing structure, remodeling pre-payment services and redesigning client materials.

Work done:

A new identity for both digital and print channels was established following audience preference tests, a series of A/B tests, and interviews with clients closely associated with the main stakeholders. To support the onsite communication of the business, print materials and stationary package were developed. The digital infrastructure was set up based on the agency’s specific needs and was maintained throughout the following year. The custom-coded responsive website went on to receive a design award for its striking visuals, unique layout, and flawless responsiveness across devices.
