Aim: Market launch

This project with a UK/EU distributed startup focused on creating a productivity tool tailored for digital agencies and web service providers to support their client presentation. It offered a premium platform to showcase the web responsiveness of their work across multiple virtual devices simultaneously. Originally grew out from internal developer circles struggling with reliable responsive testing, the project was then taken forward to build a business around it. Through opportunity discovery and initial interest testing conducted via advertising campaigns, the agency niche segment were identified as stronger niche and the project pivoted from a developer tool to an agency presentation tool.

Work done:

The product functions needed to be conceptualized around a solid technical stack that rendered virtual machines on a screen for live responsive testing. Therefore, the work started with problem dissection and product framing. Next, we defined the product’s positioning and proposal. We then established the hierarchy of functions and interaction architecture for the main workflow and conversion path. Distribution channels were selected based on recommendations from industry insiders, leading to a higher than average conversion rate from ads campaigns, with the first paying customers arriving within two months.
