Aim: Adoption and growth
This project involved a fintech software commissioned by a major banking client to clean the fragmented data provided by data vendors into transferable entities. Ultimately, it aimed to establish a unified data system that could be used across bank branches for fraud prevention and client identification. The specifications were tied to the major bank client who provided the requirements and feedback. Given the multi-permission level data validation process, which was largely performed manually by offshore teams, the platform needed to consider the human workload be developed with a low learning curve, utilizing as many transferable skills as possible.

Work done:
Due to the already complex set of tools the bank employees were engaging with, along with the specificity of the context the product was embedded in, it was essential to ensure familiarity and gradual introduction to complexity for successful adoption. I researched and mimicked the structure of the already adopted tools, analyzing feedback from bank employees and synthesizing insights gathered from discussions with stakeholders. The hierarchy of functions was negotiated with internal stakeholders and representatives from the primary client. The work unfolded as a system of reusable interface modules, allowing the integration of future plugins and adaptability to different banking clients.
